Family Reunion, etc.

We just got back from a week in Utah and had a great time celebrating Wesley's baby blessing and seeing everyone at our biannual family reunion.  Here are some highlights....

We had a fun Memorial Day playing croquet with the neighborhood kids and going to a BBQ hosted by a family in our ward.

Scott was so great to set up this croquet game for the kids.  They had a blast.
My first tomato from my garden that the worms didn't get!  It was delicious!!
Beautiful sunset view from our street.
My niece, Courtney, had a baby, Charlotte Rose.  So cute.
We drove up to Lehi on June 6.  I had not driven that far in a long time.  Ugh, is all I have to say.  But it was uneventful, yay.  The next day, Wesley was blessed.
How totally cute and sweet is that!!!  He is so smiley and fun all the time! Not sure if Nicole will agree about ALL the time, but that's how Grandma sees it!
Camden could not get enough of the games on Grandpa's iPad.
The next day we went to Provo and had lunch with Jared.  Camden decided to join us and check out BYU.
Not a lot of snow on Timp this time but still beautiful.
On Tuesday we stopped in SLC on our way to Bountiful and spent some time with Cate at the Capitol Building.  She gave us an amazing tour.  I learned a lot!  I also didn't know how beautiful the building is....

I loved how they depicted so much history in the artwork.

Hard at work!

We're so cute.
On Wednesday we headed up to Bear Lake for our family reunion....
Beautiful scenery all the way up.
View from the house.
It had an incredible yard. We had fun playing volleyball, badminton, basketball, tennis, and horseshoes!
Another view of the yard.
One of the first things Nicole and Ashley did was start a puzzle that claimed to be the "World's Most Difficult Puzzle."  Well, I think it was a valid clam.....

The border was quickly accomplished.....

After working on it for three days (actually they got a little bit farther than this) we finally put it away!

Scott and I drove over to the East shore to see a Scout Camp I worked at in 1987-88. It does NOT look the same.

None of this eating area or loft was there when I worked there.  It would have been nice....
Great view from any location.
These are the staff tents....exactly the same as when I left.
The Minute-To-Win-It games....I think we have a winner.

Messy, but fun.
Minnetonka Cave tour, really beautiful......
.....and a lot of steps!

Scott and I went for a walk and found a deer.
The lake was so blue.
Thanks to all who came! It was so great to see everyone.  And we got to see Mom and Marlowe twice, once at Wesley's blessing and once on the way home when we stopped in St. George for the night.  Thanks for going to Brick Oven with us!!

Now the fun is over and I have to study for a Stats test, ugh.  Please pray!
