February 2017

This past month was jammed packed with lots of fun things and went by in a blur so let's get started!

February always starts out with a bang because Cori's birthday is on the 1st!! We celebrated at The Melting Pot which is always a wonderful and delicious way to spend an evening.
Happy birthday Cori!

The following weekend we headed up to Utah to celebrate another birthday.  Happy 80th birthday Jo Ann Klundt!! We had lots of fun and were so excited to have all the kids together and catch up with extended family too.
We played volleyball....

...did puzzles...

...climbed ladders...

...ate cake...
...swept floors...

...and shot some hoops.

We had a super fun time and loved being all together.

Happy birthday Grandma Klundt! We love you!!
Good looking group!
On Sunday we went to Kevin and Becky's ward for Annie's farewell.  I was so thankful that we were able to share her last weekend home and participate in those activities.

We'll miss you Annie!

Beautiful squinty faces!!
Jared and Cate treated us to dinner on Sunday.  We loved being able to see their new home which is so beautiful! And, of course, we got in some good play time....

Laughing it up with Grandpa...

...giving Pancakes a treat...
...story time...
...fort building...THESE ARE THE BEST OF TIMES!
We rounded out the month with a concert at the Phoenix Symphony featuring Disney tunes!!  It was super fun and the performances were amazing as usual.
One of these days we'll master the selfie.

Super fun date!
In between all of these activities I was calling BYU every other day trying to get my assignments graded so that I could take the final exam and finally put this class behind me.  It took a LOT of phone calls but I finally got my grades.  It ended up being a bittersweet victory because now I needed to study like crazy to try and remember things I started learning back in the fall of 2015! After a couple weeks of studying, falling asleep, studying, falling asleep, studying, falling asleep.....you get the idea.....I went and took the final. Two and a half hours and several hand cramps later, I was done.  Never been so glad to be done with anything!

Stay tuned!
