Summer 2019

Hello from the land of excessive heat warnings.  This summer has been a blur which I am really happy about since it has been VERY HOT!

My favorite part is getting in the car and reading the thermometer.

I like it when the summer goes by fast.  Here are some of our adventures.

We have had lots of fun taking short trips to Prescott to visit with Ashley and Jason and play with Emma.  She is so adorable and fun!

See?

Adorable!

We love our time with her!
She loves her bestie, Ella...
...and hanging out with Grandpa!

She has recently started eating yummy applesauce and carrots.

She is a girl with determination...

...perseverance...

...and success!
We got to celebrate Ashley's birthday the last time we were up there.

Happy birthday, Ashley!!

Now that Jo Ann lives here she can come with us!
Here is some more adorableness...

We went up to Utah in August for a family reunion.

There were lots of fun games...

...great music...

...and nice cool water.
We got to meet baby June!
And the cousins were together for the first time!
And of course lots and lots...

...and lots of food!

We also got to spend some quality time with these two adorable boys...

You gotta love selfies!
They love building things with Grandpa.

Rockin' out!

Hanging out!

Yumming out!...is that a word??
ANNIE GOT MARRIED!!!

Such a beautiful bride!

Such a happy day!!

Congratulations, Annie and Grant!!
Between the reunion and the wedding, I was able to stay up in Utah and spend time with my parents in Santaquin.  It's so nice that they are right there now and I can see them more often.  My brother Jim and his family, who I hadn't seen in YEARS, and Spencer and his family all gathered for a BBQ and we got to catch up.  I also got to see David and Sara which is ALWAYS a fun day!

Aedan will be 2 in October...CRAZY! So cute.
Henrie's Drive In, Panguitch, UT...BEST CHOCOLATE FROSTY EVER!!! Just FYI in case you're in the area...GET ONE!!
Since we have been home, we have been very busy with church, work, etc.  The Primary program is in two weeks...AAAAAAAGH!!!!  AND...we're on the count down to retirement....22 days to be exact! Scott is very excited and we are busily finishing our paperwork to go on a mission, hopefully in March.

Our next adventure is our annual anniversary trip in October, this year we are going to Aspen and Denver, so stay tuned...
